Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 394.26 Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission will be held in the Commissioner’s Room at the Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, Minnesota on September 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following:

1. Joseph & Iliana Clauson Tst., request a Conditional Use Permit for a Commercial PUD consisting of a 26-unit commercial RV campground with 15 boat slips; Located at 16446 470th St., Pelican Rapids MN, Section 31 of Scambler Twp., Grove Lake (56-952), NE.
