Fallen light pole, at the southwest corner of the new Pelican Rapids roundabout is sparking discussion among engineers, city officials, MnDOT. This photo was taken by Jessica Shulstad, Brown Eyed Susans, where the pole toppled Sept. 7 after an encounter with a farm implement.
