Re-determination of Benefits
WHEREAS, the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Drainage Authority for County Ditch #32, ordered the Re-determination of benefits for County Ditch #32 on April 23, 2024 and appointed 3 ditch viewers, and
WHEREAS, the ditch viewers completed their initial duties and reported their findings on September 5, 2024, and
WHEREAS, the Drainage Authority ordered a Public Hearing for County Ditch #32 to discuss the re-determination of benefits pursuant to Minn. Stat. §103E.351,
THEREFORE, a Public Hearing will be held on November 18, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. at the Pelican Rapids Public Library, 25 West Mill, Pelican Rapids, MN.
Information regarding the re-determination of benefits will be mailed to affected landowners on November 4. Information regarding the re-determination of benefits may be found at https://ottertailcounty.gov/ditch/32 or in person at the Highway Department Office, or made available by contacting the Drainage Inspector. Written Correspondence will be accepted until the day of the hearing. Lands affected by the re-determination of benefits for CD#32 are located in the general area of Pelican Township Sections 23, 24, 25, 26 and 99.
