NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of Dunn Township will hold a public hearing on April 8, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Dunn Town Hall, 47979 East Lake Lizzie Road, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572, for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 164.07 to hear from the public, consider, and possibly act to vacate a portion of Fish Lake Road within the plat of Viken Bay Beach in the Township. The Town Board will conduct an on-site inspection of the proposed vacation area on the same date at 6:15 p.m. at or
