In a display of respect and unity, VFW Post No. 5252 Honor Guard gathered to honor the late Korean War veteran George β€œStan” Ruud, above. From left:β€ˆThe firing party consisted of Dan Jongeward and Byron Nelson. Ruud’s cousin Mary Ohe and her friend Jaime Paulson attended to ensure family was present to witness his send-off.
