Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 394.26 Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission will be held in the Commissioner’s Room at the Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, Minnesota on May 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following:

1. Sheyenne Commercial Condos, a Conditional Use Permit for a Non-Dwelling Planned Unit Development; Located to the East of 48057 205th Ave, Pelican Rapids MN, Section 24 of Scambler Twp.

2. Brian & Kari Mancini, request a Conditional Use Permit to construct a retaining wall in the BIZ with 34 cy of excavation; Located at 44315 Crystal Hills Lane, Pelican Rapids, Section 11 of Lida Twp.
