DARE program has graduated hundreds of Pelican kids over years

Pelican Rapids Viking Elementary students winning bicycles in the DARE graduation drawing were Adrian Zamudio, Brayan Garcia Saavedra, Annika Checco de Souza, and Camila Franco. 63 Pelican students completed the 2024 DARE program led by Officer Jeff Stadum, on April 30.
