State of Minnesota County of Otter Tail Notice Of Public Hearing

Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN or virtually (please refer to the Otter Tail County website for the link for the meeting) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2024, for considering applications for variance for the following:

1. Otter Tail County, Phelps Mill Park, SE1/4 SW1/4 Ex Tr & Lot 3, Sections 26, 34 & 35 of Maine Township by Leon Lake & Otter Tail River, request a variance from the boardwalk size requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance 
2. Curt & Michelle Bond, Pt of GL 3 & 4 Com SE Cor Lot 11 Blk 1, Section 34 of Dead Lake Township by Dead Lake (56-383), request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
3. Leonard & Nancy Floberg, Lot 7 Blk 1 of Perrins Subd, Section 10 of Lida Township by Crystal Lake (56-749), request a variance to subdivide without platting requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
4. Waylon & Carissa Bertsch, Lot 13 of Kozelnik’s Beach 3rd Addition, Section 17 of Edna Township by Big McDonald Lake (56-386), request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
5. Dale & Gregory Hudson, Lot 38 of Summer Haven Beach, Parcels #462 & #792 not to be split, Section 12 of Scambler Township by Pelican Lake (56-786), request a variance from the lotline setback, ordinary high water level setback and impervious surface requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
6. Robert Noyes & Laurie Jensen, Lot 4 of Recreation Beach & A Tract 50 x 200 NW, Section 28 of Amor Township by Otter Tail Lake (56-242), request a variance from the lotline setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
7. Ryan & Cherish Hoffman, Lot 9 & N 38.97’ & Lot 10 of Henry’s Hill, Section 27 of Dunn Township by Franklin Lake (56-759), request a variance from the lotline setback, ordinary high water level setback and impervious surface requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
8. Kevin & Pamela Altendorf, Lot 9 Blk 1 of South Shady Nook Beach Addn., Section 15 of Maine Township by Pickeral Lake (56-475), request a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
9. Lloyd & Betty Larson, Lot 8 of Anderson Beach Addn., Section 11 of Scambler Township by Pelican Lake (56-786), request a variance from the road right of way, top of bluff and septic tank requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance and request a variance from the lotline setback, road right of way setback, dwelling setback and bluff setback of the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail County.
10. Steven & Deana Koehnen, Pt of GL 1 Com NE Cor, Section 6 of Perham Township by Devils Lake (56-245), request a variance from the lotline setback and impervious surface coverage requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance and request a variance from the lotline setback, and dwelling setback of the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail County.
