Pelican’s Jemma Januszewski is pictured with her certificate for creating the state-winning poster in the Minnesota Rural Water Association’s annual poster art contest.
She was honored with a gathering of her classmates by special guest Aaron Meyer, who made the presentation. He is a hydrologist with the Water Association based in Perham. Brent Frazier, left, has helped coordinate the educational water contest for nearly 30 years.
