City wins grants for airport improvements

The Pelican Rapids Area Rotary Club and city-sponsored Fly-In breakfast on August 3 showcased what the Pelican City Airport has to offer. Pictured here, some of the 250 guests at the airport event. The airport is slated for $80,000 in improvements, thanks to a pair of state grants.
