Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 394.26 Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission will be held in the Commissioner’s Room at the Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, Minnesota on January 10, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of considering the following:

1. Mike Anderson, request a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 2,100-foot-long road, requesting 3,500 cubic yards of Shoreland Alteration; Located to the East of 23006 Blybergs Ln., Section 17 of Dunn Twp.
