A December 1969 Pelican Rapids Press ad advertised the Winking Heidi Doll for $2.88, pictured above, and the Skipping Rope Chimp for $1.88. I kind of wish they had left Heidi’s eye alone. And you can thank me later for not including a picture of the Skipping Rope Chimp.
