State of Minnesota County of Otter Tail

Pursuant  to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN or virtually (please refer to the Otter Tail County website for the link for the meeting) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday June 12, 2025, for considering applications for variance for the following:

• Kurt & Tracie Stellrecht, 6.13 Acres, Pt of GL 2 Com Most Ely Cor of Lot 2 Blk 1 of Trowbridge Point, Section 16 of Candor Township by Leek/Trowbridge Lake (56-532), request a variance from the ordinary high-water level requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.

• East Silent Resort LLC, Pt of GL’s 1 & 2 Com NE Cor GL 2, Section 33 of Dora Township by East Silent Lake (56-517) request a variance from the ordinary high-water level requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
