Honor Flight benefits from ‘Team Up’ golf tourney

Connie Sjostrom presented Susie Schroeder and Lori Ishaug from Veterans Honor Flight of ND/MN with $7,000 that was raised from the 4th Annual “Team Up With Terry” Memorial Golf Tournament May 17. A total of $8,500 was raised. The committee will use the difference to establish a 501(c)(3) and start a “Team Up With Terry” bank account. The committee would like to thank the many businesses, organizations, and individuals who generously made monetary or prize donations to this important cause, noted Tammy Kinsella, one of the founders of the charity golf event—memorializing former Birchwood Golf Course owner Terry Sjostrom.
