Jeff Pladson, of Prairie Lake, traveled to South Australia to spend time with his brother, Greg, on Kangaroo Island. The “Pelican Rapids Press” kept him busy on the 15-hour flight. They are pictured at the golf course where “there’s a ‘mob’ of kangaroos hopping around and eating the grass,” wrote Jeff, “like the geese and deer in Minnesota.”
