NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION TO VACATE ROADWAY IN THE PLAT OF LIBERTY BEACH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Applicants Michael J. Sundquist and Kathy J. Sundquist have applied to the above named Court for an Order vacating that portion of the dedicated roadway in the Plat of Liberty Beach described as follows:
That part of Government Lot 4 in Section 6, Township 137 North, Range 42 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, as shown on Meadowland Surveying, Inc.'s Certificate of Survey 10654-15 dated October 16, 2024, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwesterly corner of Lot 6 in the plat of LIBERTY BEACH, said plat is on file and of record in the office of the Recorder in said County; thence South 00 degrees 36 minutes 01 second East 234.00 feet on an assumed bearing along the westerly line of said Lot 6 to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 6; thence North 84 degrees 02 minutes 52 seconds East 35.00 feet along the southerly line of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning; thence South 04 degrees 31 minutes 11 seconds Bast 54.59 feet to an iron monument; thence continuing South 04 degrees 31 minutes 11 seconds East 16 feet, more or less to the water's edge of Pelican Lake; thence easterly along the water's edge of said Pelican Lake to the intersection with the southerly extension of the easterly line of Lot 3 in said LIBERTY BEACH; thence North 00 degrees 19 minutes 25 seconds West 69.97 feet, more or less, along said southerly extension to an iron monument at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 3; thence South 84 degrees 02 minutes 52 seconds West 166.35 feet along the southerly line of said LIBERTY BEACH to the point of beginning.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing on said Petition shall be held by Zoom hearing
at the above named Court at Fergus Falls, Minnesota, on the 18th day of September, 2025, at
10:00 o'clock a.m. A copy of the Notice of Zoom hearing is attached.
