With the east side of Highway 59 paved through Pelican Rapids, the switch was made, and traffic is now traveling freely on Highway 59. In addition, on the north end, crews are finishing up culvert replacements on County Road 9, and will focus on getting the road realignment completed at the intersection with 59.
