Here are a couple of the grillmasters from Faith Lutheran Church, Pelican Rapids, at the Western MN Steam Thresher’s Reunion farm show over the Labor Day weekend. They are taking a quick break to catch up on the Pelican Press news. For the third year, Faith Church has operated a concession food operation at the Rollag event, serving as a fundraiser for the church and its various mission work—locally and beyond. “A big thank you to the Pelican Press for offering our visitors free samples of the local newspaper!” noted church volunteer Melanie Michels.
