Community rallies as Pelican food shelf demand surges

To accomodate high demand, starting Thursday, November 13, the Pelican food shelf will be open each Thursday from 4 p.m. to 5:30 pm, in addition to the Tuesday schedule of 10 a.m. to 1 pm, or until the last person comes.
