Scambler Township is issuing a Request for Proposals for approximately 30,000 gallons of magnesium chloride dust control agent to be applied as directed on roads in the township. Please note that the township may dictate different application rates and widths on cach road. A Certificate of Insurance, with a minimum of $1,000,000 of liability insurance is required. The Dust Control Proposal form may be obtained by calling the Scambler Township Clerk at 218-863-1339 or on the township website (scamblertownship.org).

All proposals must be in writing and may either be mailed to Scambler Township Clerk, PO Box 859, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572, or brought to the Scambler Townhall by 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, when all proposals

will be opened.
