Christina Rae Nord

It is with profound sadness that the family of Christina (Tina) Nord announces her passing on January 20, 2026. Tina was born on June 21, 1971, in Fargo, North Dakota. She graduated from Fargo South High School in 1989. Tina furthered her education at North Dakota State College of Science and Interstate Business College.

Tina's life journey led her to a career at Nebraska Children and Families Foundation as a grant coordinator in which she took great pride. Tina and her partner settled in Lewellen, NE, where she served on the town council.

Fishing at Lake Lida, traveling, the Denver Broncos, playing cards, and family events were just a few of her passions. With a quick wit and a sense of humor, she put a smile on everyone's face she met. With a big heart, she helped those less fortunate, and with her Lord and Savior, she found her salvation.

Preceding Tina in death were Jentry Lobner, her grandparents, Bob and Elena Ripley, and Bud and Doris Nord. She is survived by her fiancée, Stephanie Lobner; her parents, Charles and Laura Nord; her sister, Brandi Nord; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Everyone is invited to join Tina's family on July 18 at Dunn Town Hall in Pelican Rapids, MN, for the celebration of Tina's life.
