Editor’s note: In last week's edition, the boys basketball game recaps published in print were not the most recent submissions — an internal error on our end.
Updated recaps are available in full at PelicanRapidsPress.com, with brief summaries below.
We apologize to Coach Gullingsrud, the players, and their families, and we thank Coach Gullingsrud for his continued dedication to getting these stories to us each week.

Pelican boys vs Ada-Borup-West
This game was re-printed in the March 5 edition by mistake. However, it is a milestone game worth revisiting. It is a game and number the boys won’t forget, and were proud to tell the Rotary on March 3. During the game, the PRHS boys scored a record-tying 15 3-pointers in a game with help from sophomore Treyd Dokken, who came off the bench to dunk eight 3-pointers — one short of the individual record.
Pelican Rapids tied a school 3-pointers record with 15 in a 72-38 win over Ada-Borup-West at the Al Siegle Activities Center.
The boys outrebounded the Cougars 40-30 and forced 18 turnovers.
A healthy Otter Tail County requires great community news.
