NOTICE OF HEARING – SPECIAL USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Pelican Rapids Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., in Council Chambers, City Hall, 315 North Broadway.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Taqueria Chavez 1 LLC., Adrian Chavez to obtain a special use permit to allow for residential use in a commercial zone at 30 N. Broadway, Parcel No. 76000990461000. The purpose of the special use is to allow for residential use in the lower level.

All interested parties will be heard at this time.
