NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dunn Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Dunn Town Hall, 47979 East Lake Lizzie Road, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572. 

 The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from the public, discuss, and make a recommendation to the Town Board with regard to an application for a conditional use permit for the construction of a 14 non-dwelling storage units as part of Common Interest Community No. 133, on property located at 48808 215th Avenue (PID 17000190250001) in the Town. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the hearing.
