Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statute 394.26 NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, MN or virtually (please refer to the Otter Tail County website for the link for the meeting) at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026, for considering applications for variance for the following:
1. Trent & Debra Roesler, Lot 6 of Inlet Beach 1st Addition and Vac Rd Adj, Section 14 of Lida Township by Lida Lake (56-747), requests a variance to amend the variance granted on April 9, 2026, impervious surface coverage of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
2. Andrea Norduane Rev Tst, Lots 9 & 10 of Midland Beach, Section 2 of Dunn Township by Pelican Lake (56-786), requests a variance from the height of a non-dwelling requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
3. Kristi L Johnson Liv Tst, 4.70 Acres, Pt GL 38 Approx 152’ on Lake, Section 28 of Dunn Township by Franklin Lake (56-759), requests an after the fact variance from the height restriction for non-dwelling of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
4. Jeff Smith, Lot 3 of South Lida Shores, Section 9 of Maplewood Township by Lida Lake (56-747), requests a variance from the ordinary high water level setback requirement of Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
5. Christopher McMahan & Danilla Ribeiro, 10.50 Acres, Lot 4 Blk 1 of Gergenbrech Addition, Section 29 of Scambler Township by Pete Lake (26-294), request a variance from the ordinary high-water level requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
6. Century Holdings LLC, 8.21 Acres CIC #119, Section 9 of Lida Township by Lida Lake (56-747), requests a variance from the height of a non-dwelling requirement of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
7. Jennifer Zimmerman, Pt of GL 3, Section 6 of Dunn Township by Pelican Lake (56-786), requests a variance from the building impervious surface coverage and road right of way setback requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance and road right of way setback variance from the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail County.
