 Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 394.26 Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission will be held in the Commissioner’s Room at the Government Services Center, Fergus Falls, Minnesota on May 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following:

1. Jon Solinger, requests a Conditional Use Permit for a PUD Conversion, located in Section 29 of Lida Township, Lida Lake (56-747) GD, address is 41569 Dawn Rd., Pelican Rapids, MN.

2. Shane & Kimberely Haugen, requests a Conditional Use Permit for Shoreland Alterations, located in Section 27 of Dunn Township, Franklin Lake (56-759) RD, West of 25338 479th St., Pelican Rapids, MN.
