City identifies street improvement priorities

This map of Pelican Rapids shows five color-coded priority areas selected for the city’s infrastructure study authorized by the City Council, including surface improvements on Fifth Avenue SW and Third Street SW (yellow), water system improvements on First Street SE (blue), combined water and sanitary system work (red), and sanitary sewer repairs west of First Street NW (green). Inset shows the Hwy 59 frontage road on the north edge of town where additional surface improvements are planned.
