Preparing frozen meals for a new distribution program, in collaboration with the Pelican Rapids Area Food Shelf, Denis Wandersee, food service manager at the Pelican senior nutrition site, which operates out of the Hillbilly Laser building by Veterans Memorial Park—the former Pelican Senior Citizen Center.
