Pelican Rapids native Tom Fradet, killed in a car crash in West Fargo, was honored by the Pelican Rapids VFW Club and fellow motorcycle enthusiasts last year. His portrait was displayed, along with a folded flag honoring his service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
