NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING 
PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENTS


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota (the "City"), will hold a public hearing at a meeting of the City Council beginning at 6:00 p.m., on February 24, 2026, at the 315 N Broadway, City Hall Council Chambers, Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, to grant an abatement of property taxes to be levied by the City on Parcel ID No.76000990874003, in the City of Pelican Rapids (the "Property"). The total amount of the taxes proposed to be abated by the City on the Property for a period not to exceed 5 years is $5,000.
